We require the cost of the garments to be paid prior to ordering and production. The specific amounts will be detailed on your invoice sheet.

2. What are your shop minimums?

Our shop aims to accommodate all jobs within our capacity. We have a shop minimum of $200 in printing fees, excluding set-up fees and tax. We're open to discussing job specifics to agree on a quantity minimum. Feel free to request a quote!

3. Do you charge rush fees?

We do not charge extra for rush orders if they can be accommodated within our existing schedule. If we can fit it in, we'll make it happen!

4. Can you match specific colors for printing?

Absolutely! We offer Pantone color matching to ensure your prints match the exact color you request.

5. What is your typical production time? How soon will I receive my order?

We typically ask for a two-week timeframe to complete production. However, it is rare for orders to take the full two weeks. If you have specific deadlines (like photoshoots or events), please inform us in advance. Knowing your schedule helps us provide you with the best printing experience.
